Policy Products/ Merchandise

Shipping Policy

  • All products and merchandise will be shipped within 24–48 hours after final payment is received.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

  

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please review the following guidelines:


1. General Returns

  • Items may be returned only if unused and in their original condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if an item shows signs of use, tampering, or is not returned in its original condition.


2. Personalized / Customized Items

  • Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the error is on our end.
  • If an error was made by us, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
  • In special cases (discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase), we may offer a 50% refund. This agreement must be clearly noted in writing on the invoice before the order is processed.


3. Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • If you receive a product that is the wrong size, color, or arrives damaged, you must report it within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned before an exchange or replacement is processed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (In some situations, we may work with you to find the most cost-effective solution.)
  • Once the returned item is received, a replacement or exchanged item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Please note: original shipping charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
  

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled any time before shipping for non-customized items.
  • Personalized/customized items cannot be canceled once production has started, as materials and labor are already invested.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy listed above.

  

6. Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • All clearance items.
  • All seasonal markdowns.
  • All personalized/customized items (unless noted as described above).
  • All edible items.
  • Any body products that have been opened.

💡 If you do not want or do not like an item, please do not open it. Returns will only be accepted on unopened items.

  

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once the package is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
  • Customers are responsible for carefully reading product descriptions before purchasing.

Policy Spa Service & Spa Party

For Spa Service & Spa Parties Only

Welcome to Prestigious World! We are thrilled to bring the luxury of spa services right to your doorstep. To ensure a fabulous and seamless experience for everyone, please review our policies regarding mobile spa parties and spa service.

  

1. Service Area & Access

· Our mobile spa service is designed to come directly to you.

· We kindly request access to your water supply for filling and disposing of water used during services.

· Parking: Please notify us in advance if there are special parking requirements (e.g., unloading items first, gated access, limited parking). This allows our team to plan for extra arrival/setup time so your event starts smoothly and on schedule.

 

2. Setup & Cleanup

· Our team arrives 30–45 minutes before your party to set up. Please ensure easy parking and entry access.

· We handle cleanup of all spa-related materials. The host is responsible for general party space trash or décor.

  

3. Booking & Deposits

· A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your total balance. This locks in your date, time, and preparation for your glamorous event.

· The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

· Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a future date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

· Your understanding is appreciated, as we decline other bookings once your spot is reserved.

  

4. Spa Care Assurance (Refundable Hold)

To protect both you and us, a $50 Spa Care Assurance hold is added to every booking. This is fully refundable within 72 hours after your event, provided:

· All rented items and equipment are returned, and

· No damages or losses occur.

This helps ensure Prestigious World can continue offering top-tier, glamorous experiences without interruption.

  

5. Spa Party Packages

· Spa parties are designed for fun, glamour, and unforgettable memories.

· Packages are priced for a minimum number of guests(see website for details or contact us directly).

· Additional charges apply for extra guests who join in spa activities.

  

6. Waivers & Participation

· For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, all participants (or a parent/guardian if under 18) must have a signed waiver before services begin.

· Waivers cover consent, acknowledgement of potential sensitivities, and agreement to spa policies.

· Guests without a completed waiver will not be able to participate: Nonrefundable 

  

7. Liability & Responsibility

· We use standard spa products such as nail polish, acetone remover, soap, and lotion, etc. While we strive to use high-quality, safe products, guests with allergies or sensitivities should notify us in advance.

· Customers are responsible for any damages, breakage, or unreturned items provided by Prestigious World. Replacement costs will be billed directly.

· No refunds are available for lost, damaged, or misused items.

  

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

· If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

· Deposits may be transferred to a new date with proper notice.

· Cancellations without notice or failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in loss of deposit.
